Cancellation Policy

Please review our booking policies to understand your rights and responsibilities when scheduling an inspection. 1. Booking an Inspection Inspections must be booked online through our website (pjbuildingpest.com.au) or by contacting us directly. Clients must provide accurate property details and access information at the time of booking. If the property is tenanted, it is the client’s responsibility to ensure access is arranged with the tenant or real estate agent. 2. Payment Policy Full payment is required at the time of booking for private clients. We accept secure online payments via credit/debit card and direct transfers. For real estate agents and approved partners, we offer the option to pay online or receive an invoice for payment. Inspection reports will not be released until payment is received in full. 3. Rescheduling & Cancellations We understand that schedules can change. Please notify us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel. 3.1 Rescheduling Clients may reschedule their booking with at least 24 hours' notice at no additional cost. Rescheduling within less than 24 hours of the appointment may incur a $100 rescheduling fee. 3.2 Cancellations More than 24 hours’ notice: No cancellation fee, and a full refund will be provided. Less than 24 hours’ notice: A cancellation fee of $100 may apply. No-shows: No refund will be issued. 4. Access to the Property The client must ensure that safe and unobstructed access is available at the scheduled inspection time. If we are unable to access the property due to locked gates, tenant refusal, or incorrect access details, a rebooking fee may apply. 5. Weather Conditions & Unforeseen Circumstances Inspections may be postponed if severe weather conditions prevent a safe or thorough inspection. If we need to reschedule due to weather or an unforeseen event, we will contact you as soon as possible to arrange a new time. 6.
